Allied Global was established ten years ago. Since then it has experienced a continuous and successful growth that has allowed the company to develop extensive experience in the business of contact centers and outsourcing. Currently it has a platform comprised of six service centers in Guatemala and one in Honduras which combine to form an installed capacity of 2,000 workstations.

At present Allied Global has more than 2,000 employees and Corporate Management Team members with an average of seven years' experience in the field. They specialize in customer service, technical service, claims, sales, customer life cycle, and other fields. In addition, they serve local telecommunications companies in Central America, Mexico, and USA.
